Our team
The Delights Team, headed up by Stephen & Joanne
Sperlich, have over 20 years of combined hospitality experience in
hotels, resorts, restaurants and catering companies. As an
Executive Chef, Stephen’s recent positions have been with a
Vaucluse, Sydney catering company and also within the Southern
Pacific Hotel Group. After 4 years at the Royal Lancaster Hotel
in London, Joanne has held positions at the Hotel Inter.Continental Sydney and Macquarie Bank in event management.
