Our team
The Delights Team, headed up by Stephen & Joanne Sperlich, have over 20 years of combined hospitality experience in hotels, resorts, restaurants and catering companies.  As an Executive Chef, Stephen’s recent positions have been with a Vaucluse, Sydney catering company and also within the Southern Pacific Hotel Group.  After 4 years at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, Joanne has held positions at the Hotel Inter.Continental Sydney and Macquarie Bank in event management.

First established in January 2000, Delights has been the first of it’s kind to the Central Coast, providing busy lifestyles and businesses with award winning catering and first class service.

Delights will provide to our clients delicious fresh gourmet food, beautifully presented and all prepared in our own commercial kitchen by our trained chefs.  We believe that fresh is always best and will never compromise on quality.
